Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare marked a year of major progress following its rebrand, highlighted by a multi-million-dollar renovation, new leadership, and expanded specialty programming. The 305-bed skilled nursing facility in Salisbury added Medical Director Dr. Sufyan Malik and Subacute Medical Director Dr. Shahabuddin Soherwardi, launched the OrthoWIN orthopedic recovery program, enhanced its stroke recovery services, and continues to operate its in-house 24-chair dialysis den.
